Stest is a simple tool to test the functions is this directory, but
can be used to convert between formats.

To compile :
cd lib
make -f stest.mak

For command line options:
stest -h

Running example to convert spice3 format to ascii
stest -rf spice3raw -wf ascii -o myfile ../examples/Spice3a

Listing available formats:
stest -rl
stest -wl
